🔧 Bapmic Engine Valve Cover with Gaskets & Bolts for BMW E82 E90 E70 128i 328i 528i X3 X5 Z4 (Part Number 11127552281) Review

So far so good. Update: The valve cover has failed. DO NOT BUY THIS CHARACTER! It is warped on one side as shown in the photo.

3 screws were missing from the package. I will try to use bolts from an old valve cover but it would be nice to have all the parts as I paid for them.

The PCV system went down in less than a week. The "clamps" didn't hold the PVC cover. Creating a vacuum leak. We'll find out soon if they'll say it will be 'returnable'.

I don't know how long the included gasket set will last based on previous reviews so I took no chances and went OEM. I received it on July 19th, put it the same day, it hasn't flowed out of the valve cover since, although it's been about 2 months. Perfect fit, fast delivery and I recommend this product if you want to try it as a replacement.

All necessary parts, perfect for my BMW 328xi 08 cpe. Update: I do not recommend this product. Less than a year after replacing my old engine valve cover and gasket, this valve cover broke. The seal is very cheap and had to be replaced after only 6 months. Completely disappointed and very excited! I advise against buying this product!

The only thing I liked was the speed with which it got to my house. My problem is that the supplied gasket won't stay in the valve cover grooves, either the grooves are too shallow or the gasket is too small. I used the block maker's blobs to hold it in place. So when I write I wait for the block maker to get sticky. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

The cover had a crack, but this was only noticed after installation. It's my fault for not checking it out, so I didn't try to get a refund after installation. I took the car to the mechanic after being too disappointed to do another 4 hour labor intensive exchange. $1200 later my car is running great. Add what I paid for this item and you get the total cost of what it took me to find out I should check the part BEFORE installing it!

Arrived fairly quickly and fits (all screws fit). I fitted a Permatex gasket to hold the gaskets in place and installed the VC. But after two attempts there is a leak at the center screw between cylinders 3 and 4, no vacuum = engine is running lean. Also the tip came loose from one of the injectors that was connected to the PCV. I noticed this after removing the cap, thinking the gasket between cylinders 3 and 4 was misaligned. Well this is the second VC replacement I have made on this machine. The first VC was an original BMW part, but since money is tight, I opted for this one. I received the part fairly quickly and on initial inspection it was found to be correct and came with all the gaskets but once I removed the old one I found the new part was made of thinner material and the screws were a bit oversized. When I tried to unscrew the first screw it didn't tighten well and when I tried to remove it the screw broke
