Properly installed and tightened to specification and item leaking on arrival. Spend more money now, buy the original gasket and spend another day with my car.

Item received on time. Quality is good, could be better. This is the right choice for my car. So far no problems. I wish I didn't have to punch holes.

Perfect fit for a 2000 Civic LX bought to fix a leak. This fixed that leak, but I think there was more than one. Well, I can't beat them all.

I have used this particular gasket before with no problems but this last one was difficult to level and failed within a month, cracking in places and buckling at the front of the sump. It usually seems like people recommend Honda parts unnecessarily, but having replaced this gasket a second time I can honestly say that the extra cost is worth the hassle. This pad is garbage.

Do yourself a favor and get a genuine Honda gasket. This has a pretty serious design flaw, as noted by another reviewer, the holes aren't punched properly. I went through two of these washers - using the factory installation procedure, tightening to 9 in/lbs in three increments with a calibrated torque wrench. Both failed after about ONE MONTH. Used a factory Honda gasket (also from Revain, part number 11251-P2A-014) and it held up.

Edit: After two months and over 4000 miles on my car the Fel-Pro seal started to go bad and my car started leaking a lot of oil. I used a new oil pan with this gasket and torqued the nuts to spec and the gasket fell apart. I really don't know what happened. I've been using Fel-Pro pads for a long time and the quality of this pad doesn't seem to be that good anymore. DO NOT BUY. The holes aren't punched properly, you have to ream them out to get the screws to fit properly, and after that they don't even line up. Mine just broke trying to put it on. Of course there is only one way to put the gasket on the oil pan and I was right, but you could clearly see her impact wasn't sharp enough to cut the gasket properly to allow the oil pan bolts to pass.
