I like that you can upload your own templates if there are any missing or outdated ones in their library - it's not always easy finding what we need! Sometimes they don't have certain fields available so then when our customers fill out paperwork with us sometimes some info doesn;t get filled into teleform correctly (or at all!).

So this makes things difficult because now instead having one record per form completed manually as well has another where everything was done via telerfom but nothing entered properly etc., its two records rather than just 1!! This means more work & admin tasks too keep track / manage both sets separately.
