A wonderful product, its nice to use.
Has positive qualities such as its portability, design, flavor, and construction (but not its assembly), among others. Its cons: During the making of the coffee, the back portion that contains the water tank makes a lot of noise and rattles. It is not entirely obvious how steam is supposed to function when foaming milk. After a few seconds, it will occasionally switch off by itself.
