Before buying I read everyone's reviews to find out what the sizes were. I'm a short woman (4'11-5') and I usually wear a medium size. But I wanted it to be worn over scrubs (with wider sleeves) because I hate wearing long sleeves over scrubs and the sleeves get stuck or feel uncomfortable. I needed a plus size long sleeve jacket so I bought a large and oh my god. I love it! It's so light but perfect to wear over a scrub, especially when it's hot in So-Cal during the day and cold at night, you can easily fold it into your purse/backpack and weigh nothing. The only thing I didn't like is that I can say that it has become cheap like I can see the thread coming out of the shoulder etc. but you don't mind then yes! It's good to have things!
