I wrote a great review 2 weeks ago, I love this collar on my Pocket Bully. I even got a great shot for 8*10, a portrait I wanted to put on the wall. All my family and friends love this collar and have received so many compliments BUT NOW I WRITE AFTER 2 WEEKS TO INFORM THE SELLER THAT THE DIAMOND BONE CLASP HOLDING THE CHAIN WAS "BROKEN" IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE AND GREAT LOOKING PART do it cheaply in the latch this is the main part that should be done well to keep it going now the chain is sitting here on my coffee table will break waiting for me to contact the owner of REPLACE I am updating , how the customer service is working on this matter BECAUSE IT IS A NICE COLLAR AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTO. This is my update after a month of mailing out a new collar and then realizing my pup outgrew him so quickly I am writing to customer SERVICE for every item and WAS GREAT FIRST TIME ME SEND NEW COLLAR AND GET ME A BIG SIZE NOW MY BABY HAS TO GROW UP SO FAST AND I AM MORE THAN HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING IN THIS ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 💙 THIS IS A MUST BUY
