Easy to install. The first time I used it, I pressed the lock 3 times and it worked. Now I have to press the lock several times to start it, 3 times slowly and then 3 times quickly. or press the lock a few times to get started. anyway it starts. and so I went the cheap route. But with this device, when I start it remotely, I go out to get something, press the unlock button, and open the door. I can't lock it again with the remote, it could be the factory alarm because I didn't go deep in, it might lock again after 30 seconds, like I accidentally pressed the unlock button in my pocket. I'm not sure, I haven't tried it, I can say that the remote start works, but on this car you can't start the car with a key and lock the doors with a key fob. Therefore, any remote start is better than nothing
