Review on 🌬️ Efficient Shinco 3000 Sq.Ft Energy Star Dehumidifier: Ideal for Medium to Large Rooms and Basements - Quietly Controls Humidity & Removes Moisture by Patricia Williams

We bought this dehumidifier and it has turned out to be great! We have a lot of sliding glass doors in our house and they let in a lot of moisture from the outside so we bought this to help and it's amazing. Set it to Auto and let it work its magic! Now there's a distinct difference between being outside and inside, and I no longer have the constant need to wash my face when I'm at home. £30 is a bit bulky to lug up and down the stairs (we only ordered one to see how we like it) but it's doable and the handle is comfortable. It rattled a little during operation, but I stuck a round felt sticker underneath it and that fixed the problem immediately. The only wish is that we order two! Our mailing address is FPO and I think it must be too expensive because they don't ship to FPO addresses anymore and we can't buy another one at the moment. Sad discovery. The tank isn't huge, but the machine is a workhorse. If we leave it low and empty right before bed, we'll have a full tank in about 8 hours. (The average humidity outside here is 67%). The more we leave it on, the longer it takes to fill up, which is nice. "High" is a bit loud for sleeping in the same room, but "low" is like a two-for-one deal with a white noise machine. Drowns out street noise, crickets, etc., so that our dogs sleep more peacefully. The drain hose worked great, we drained it into the shower overnight. But the hose that came with it was difficult to pull out the next day so we could move it around the house. I would recommend getting a screw hose if you connect/disconnect it frequently. And for those of you with young children, it has a parental lock feature so they don't hit all the buttons every time they come over. Enjoy!
