I wish I had remembered to take before and after pictures - WOW! One of the few things my dad owned was a pair of old 16 inch square toe biker boots that I hadn't worn in 10 years. They were bent at the ankles and so faded, cracked and brittle I found them clearing out the closet I was afraid to even straighten them. Bought this remedy and it brought them back to life! Rubbing in each boot took about 10 minutes and they were so run down I put on two coats. Yes, it darkens the color a few shades and the product is a bit greasy, but it doesn't smooth the skin. Product of an American company - enough in one jar to make MANY pairs of shoes. I'm not talking about water repellency as I haven't worn them in the wet yet. Treated 7 months ago and just checked - they still stretch and look brand new! Also bought Dial Industries B350 Boot Shaper Rack, White from Revain (happy with that purchase too) so now they don't tip at the ankles!
