Most importantly, I haven't noticed any improvement in plaque removal. Your teeth die from it, so you get the motivation to get all that green (and there's a lot of green) off your teeth. It may help, but there is no evidence of improved plaque removal. Conversely, a green color remains in the sink and on the toothbrush. I always had to brush a second time with Crest/Colgate to get rid of the green. toothbrush and mouth. If it helped me brush my teeth I'd be happy, but it's a lot of work and chaos with little to no effect. I gave it a good shot, 45 days (after the refund window was up), so that's a $30 loss. . The only benefit is that you end up brushing your teeth longer, not better.
