Breaks easily

So a pleasure to work with the company. When the first pair broke, they immediately sent another one when I returned. Then the second one broke. Same problem. Just a poorly made item. Super cute, although it broke both times my daughter wore them! Unfortunately I missed the second time by a day as I was waiting for my daughter's birthday to give her the earrings. I give 3 stars for customer service but if it was just the product this would be one
