Review on Marine Receiver Speaker Kit Dash by Kevin Carey

If you look at the product name, it says 'Marine' on the dashboard. The instructions apply to the car only. Sure, the setup is similar, but not quite when it comes to the boat. I spent two days installing it on my boat. Power, reasons are all different. The back of the radio has more wires than my car radio. You need a constant power supply as well as an alternate power supply for it to work properly. Good luck with that on the fishing boat. Directions give you no alternative. The radio is already in the boat. It's for show, just covers the hole cut out for it. I would recommend this to a friend. only when I was mad at him and wanted to have a good laugh. I would buy this product again, not in this life. It may be a good radio for a car, but for a marine (on a water radio) it leaves a lot to be desired. What good is a cheap radio if it doesn't work?
