My fault for not reading the measurements but this container is really small for the price. I was expecting a larger plastic cereal container. The lid is awkward to align to press the latches into place. As others have said, the measuring cup (one of the main reasons I bought this container) doesn't even meet American standards. I should have sent it back as soon as I saw the size but I threw it in the dishwasher and now I'm stuck with it. Luckily I have other, more convenient containers to store the rest of the rice because it's about the size of a box. Anything else and you still have to fill up with other containers. Skip this step if you have a lot of rice to store or have doubts about your purchase.
