***Edited to add. I've had them for a few days now and would like to change my rating. I originally only gave them 2 stars - I am leaving my first review below in hopes it will help others. I charge the headphones for another 24 hours. I mean why not! I accidentally threw away the packaging and couldn't send it back. Holds a charge with no problems. I was able to successfully connect BOTH headphones to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+). The sound quality for music, GPS, FaceTime and phone calls was excellent. Also, no one complained about background noise. Can I recommend them to others? YES! They are great and you can't beat the price. I'm glad I gave them a second chance. I was so happy to receive them, I should have known you got what you pay for. After unpacking them, I connected them to my phone (Samsung). No problem connecting both to my phone. Of course the battery was low (10%). So I billed them for the night. I put them in my ears this morning for my morning commute - they were ANOTHER 10% off! Yes, they were actually hooked up for the night. The light was on, indicating it had power. Okay, now commute music. Have them charged all day. FINALLY, 5:30 am - exit time. time to go home Headphones synced to phone - successful. Indicated it was 100% charged. 2 minutes after removing from the charger - BOOM! - up to 90%! I haven't even called or turned on the music. After 10 minutes, you'll hear a scary "low battery" warning voice. I will try again tomorrow and hope for more success.
