Includes all the necessary bolts, washers, screws and even spacers for a curved TV. One of the problems I had was that the screw intended for the flat screen TV (M5) was too short for my Samsung UN65KU6300. I had to use longer screws for the curved TV and cut off about an inch from it. Advertised that it works for all Samsung but it's not 100% true. Glad I had a Dremmel and didn't have to go to Home Depot to find the right size screws. So if you have a Samsung UN65KU6300, keep that in mind. Also PLEASE DO NOT LEVEL. It's not exactly like everyone mentioned here. This is about 2 degrees from the other two levels I had. It will be noticeable on a large TV. Another problem I had was with the locking bar. This is the length of the wall mount, so it's not possible to slide the rod all the way in, let alone lock it. There is literally about an inch between the wall and the TV. It will probably work on a smaller TV, but definitely not on 65. So right now I only have 3/4 inch. So if you want to block your big TV, then this isn't the mount you need. Pros: I was able to mount it on my wall 26 inches apart. The height can be adjusted 2 inches up or down and about 5 inches sideways on my UN65KU6300. The lateral orientation depends on the size of the VESA mount on the TV. Mine was pretty narrow, but I'm not sure of the size. This was good as the bracket was off center due to the placement of my studs allowing me to center my TV on the wall (the bracket is 3" to the right). When adjusting the height, make sure you get help with a larger TV. . It's as close as my TV can get to my wall and doesn't get in the way of the small hump at the bottom back of my TV. Installation was easy after modifying the screws and appears to be made of durable metal. Overall I'm still happy with this mount as I was able to work around some of its shortcomings and not have to worry about the TV blocking. Hence the 4 star rating. I love how my TV is so close to the wall sits with this mount. I'll post a side view photo later today. So far I only have a front view.
