Both tools work very well
I had an old boar bristle brush and it was very difficult for me to clean it. The brush cleaning tool did a great job cleaning and reviving my old brush. The other item in the package was a comb cleaning tool. I was skeptical. The tool looks fragile and might become so over time, but it's terribly inexpensive. Thing is, it worked like a charm and cleaned out my rat tail combs. I was amazed how well it worked.
