Easy to implement, no additional hardware required for storage of documents. Easy integration with other systems without additional license costs. Nothing as such, everything works so well! Maybe I can add that some sort of integration with other OCR-tools could be an idea. But it all works very well for us. We solved the challenge to have a single solution for both paper files and digitized documents in the whole office. I like the features that it has, the ease of use and the cost. The only thing I don't like is that it can be a little slow when loading documents, but it is easy to use and I have no complaints. I haven't found anything that I don't like. I have used it for a long time now and have never had any issues. The benefits are that it is easy to use, the cost is low and it is user friendly. It has helped me organize my documents.
