The training collar works well. This is the second one I've bought as the first one's controller was gone. When I got this one the controller was the same so I thought maybe it would work with other collars but no such luck. They say you can use them on smaller dogs, but since a large dog responds instantly on the lowest settings, I feel like it might be too much for a small 15-pound pup, so I'm still running with two controllers in my pocket. Our larger 50 pound dog is very responsive to tones and vibrations so I would only use electroshock as a last resort in an emergency. It seems well made and so far has lasted several days on a charge. Suitable for everyday use at home, saving you an expensive hunting collar.
