Review on KT Tape Pro Sports Tape: 20 Precut Elastic Strips in Stealth Beige by Chris Bailey

I received the real KT band as the picture shown. I have plantar fasciitis and it hurts all the time. I watched the video on the KT Tape website and applied as directed. When I finished putting it on I felt like I had almost nothing in it so I was afraid it wouldn't work. Then I started walking and found that I had very little pain. When I took it off the next day, I could tell the difference. This proves to me that it has supported me more than I thought. I have found that the longer it stays on the harder it is to remove and you need to remove it slowly. I will definitely use it when my plantar fasciitis kicks in!
