Good for the price on portable audio video

I really got this because I needed enough in the cart to get free shipping on the order. Bought on sale for €12. There are many brands of this precise radio. The only difference with some is the size of the battery (some are 1000mA, this one is 2000mA). Look for brands on sale that look the same and have a 2000mA battery. You'll be able to find it for about what I paid. Most reviews sound a little suspicious (made up). It's a fact. It's chinese crap, but it does what it's supposed to do. Charged upon receipt. Tried the charge function. This increased the fee by about 10%. Good enough for emergencies - and what to expect from a 2000mA battery. It takes about 20-30 minutes to charge to 10%. Tried solar charging. Works perfectly. It is estimated to charge to 70% in about 8 hours in full sun. Tried to charge with the crank, crank for a minute. The radio and flashlight are allowed to work. Divination for just a few minutes - but long enough for an emergency. The flashlight is bright enough to navigate in the dark. The sound of the radio is tinny, but I didn't expect the quality of a boom box. AM, FM and NOAA worked (one NOAA station but that's probably all there is in my area). The tuning knob is difficult to turn (should be smoother) which makes fine-tuning the transmitter a bit difficult. Overall it's ok for the price. The build quality is not bad.

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
