Some complaints about the fins confuse me. We were so pleased with the quality and ease of use that we placed three more orders. I actually have 5 sliding glass doors and decided to swap out all the slats to make them look brighter. Our original slats were over 20 years old and were beginning to yellow. These slats were easy to cut and very easy to assemble. We did all 5 doors in half a day. They come rolled up but not very small. A rolled up bun equaled a large bowl. Most slats hang great. For the ones that were still slightly twisted, I used another trick: I rolled the bottom the other way, attached a paperclip to the roll, and left it like that for an hour or two. No questions. They're a little lighter than my old ones, but that's what I wanted. They still darken the room. I now have crisp white blinds that look great.
