Downgrade due to NO post sale support - no.

Edit a year later: This is BS. The phone was never updated. There is no OTA update, so my LineagOS is insecure up to support and contains serious security vulnerabilities. I love the hardware but the software support is just bad. The lack of security updates during the life of a product seems to be the norm for this company, so I'll get a Cat phone later if I update. small business and a new product - there will be hiccups. I like wireless charging and lack of updates. You must work with Google to update them. But I can ignore growth problems to achieve real innovation, when all flagship phones are chasing megapixels. so we can see pimples and sweat even better. The addition of Flir caught my eye, and the endoscope plus coulometer (don't know what it's for yet - I'll check it out) is a real touch of innovation. This phone is much more than just a phone. I checked out a Cat phone with Flir - but the endoscope is great. It works, and it's something no other phone has. I'm willing to support companies that provide me with advanced technology, not just the best cameras of the same type. Ulefone got my vote this year. Note. I love Samsung phones but a friend just dropped one of the S21s in my kitchen while making a drink and 1.2k was gone. If I lost $1,200 a week after the issue, I would be sad. Just to reiterate - this isn't a beauty pageant phone and doesn't claim to be - it's a solid phone with good tech, a good CPU/GPU combo (enable AI prediction) and enough RAM to keep you relevant for a few more years. What else can you ask? And it costs less than the fragile phones that shatter the first time you drop them, even though they're much better made. If only they could give us a security update soon! I'm puzzled by the lack of Android security patches, but I use Malwarebytes. I'm still waiting for security fixes. Edit: The battery is great so far and a few minor issues are worth it. It lasted a week - and I got it before the severe frosts, and it was very useful to me. I bought new windows for my house after blowing cold air in. Thought of deducting a star for lack of updates but I'll give them a chance.
