LARGE SCREEN with great color, great customer service

Great rear view camera with huge screen and great customer service. When I received the product, the screen was broken. I don't blame the company, but perhaps the rough handling of the package during transport. I first decided to email the company to see if they could just send me a new screen. Within an hour I received an email asking me to send me a brand new system which arrived in about 3 days without waiting for a defective one to be returned. Wow. So what's in the box. just everything you need to make it happen. The great thing is that they give you a power distributor to run some tests to make sure everything is working. Before I even drove it to the car, I snagged one of my many old leftover AC/DC power supplies that met the minimum specs and was low on power, and lo and behold, it worked great. Both the camera and the display turned on and connected immediately. Transmit images in real time over Wi-Fi without delay. We first started testing it by observing the goldfinch bird feeder. The camera has great color, maybe some contrast, but that can be fixed in the settings. Viewing from a camera from literally 3 feet or more away will be blurry, but insanely sharp within 12 inches. This thing is best used in a bird house due to the extremely wide angle and sharpness of the image up close. Blurring in the distance is to be expected when you have such a wide-angle lens and when using it as a rear camera you need close-up focus, distance isn't an issue when using it for this activity. However, my plan is to use it as a replacement for the rearview mirror. The ones available on the market don't have a screen size like this while others only give you half the viewing space. Installed in the van, it could flip the image, mirror the image, etc. etc. A great necessity. However, the night vision goggles cannot be turned off, and with the night vision goggle on, ma'am. The camera isn't very sensitive, and if you plan to mount the camera behind a glass window, the infrared LEDs will bounce off the window at night, so I'd like to see an option to turn them off. Anyway, the rear camera should only light up up to 5ft, right? I noticed a slight Wi-Fi cleanup while driving. The image got a bit choppy but still real time which is more important than getting the frame rate and quality perfect so thanks for that! Overall I'd say this is a buy if you want a big screen in a very light package and a responsive customer service team. The display itself is so light. Pros: Very sharp display, almost OLED-like with great colors. Intuitive menu and easy setup. Works right out of the box. Excellent customer service team. CONS: I haven't been able to get the system to work with two cameras yet. I tried several times following the instructions, it didn't help. The night vision camera isn't the best, the IR works well at close range, but the camera itself isn't one of those night sensitive cameras, so nothing special. Focusing at distance is fuzzy, likely due to the extremely wide-angle lens, which makes sense. All of these are only problems if the user intends to use the system as a rearview mirror instead of a backup.
