I received my aquarium on a Wednesday evening and within an hour I had the basic setup done. It's a beautiful setup and I haven't even added the fish yet. Pros - AWESOME shipping material. Product is well protected - Includes gravel and artificial plants - Sometimes extra cost for small kits - Full color poster installation guide - Luminous gravel and light really pops - Silent filter Cons - Pink seal around the edges is a bit distracting it seems in some places broken off (no leaks yet) - does not include heater (however, most small kits do not have one). You can find one for around $10, so reading a few articles on aquarium cycles before adding fish is a good tip. I have some live plants in my tank and will be adding fish food daily for a week to stabilize the water before adding fish.
