I chose these bracelets because I thought they would give my wrist good support while making coffee at work. They did their job but it wasn't the kind of support I needed. (If you're a barista and looking for something, I recommend finding a wrist brace that includes a splint to prevent wrist mobility and prevent repetitive motion, as that's been an issue for me.) Otherwise - if You are looking for a standard wrist brace Can be used for lifting weights or lifting weights in general, the quality is excellent! There is nothing wrong with the materials. Very durable and easy to use!
