After trying this product, I was thrilled to find a hypoallergenic option for my sensitive ears .The gold posts ARE sturdy and the backs stay securely in place. The only downside is that they come in a pack of 100, so if you only need a few, it's a bit excessive. Overall, highly recommended for anyone with metal allergies!
