I recently purchased this connector for my new Westinghouse alternator and found it to be very poorly constructed. For example the round pin at the top - the screw that connects the green wire to that pin can't even be reached properly because the middle screw in the middle of the connector is right in its way. This is totally unacceptable for usability. Second is the ground wire that goes to that top pin in the bare copper wire and has to be routed past one of the "HOT" wires and there is absolutely no insulation preventing the live wire from touching the wire. Again, I am very surprised that this is UL compliant and should not be allowed. If others disagree please let me know what I'm doing wrong but in my opinion this connector should not be allowed on the market. Do yourself a favor and buy one that costs at least $35 and get the one that is safer for your home.
