Great connections. There is plenty of space in the hood and it easily accommodates 4/4GA cables. Most 50A connections won't do this, and the strain relief certainly won't work. I recently purchased this connector for my new Westinghouse alternator and found it to be very poorly constructed. For example the round pin at the top - the screw that connects the green wire to that pin can't even be reached properly because the middle screw in the middle of the connector is right in its way. I am a valuable (cheap) senior. I usually buy the cheapest things available and make them work. I have found that lower quality connectors are difficult to install as wire usually has to be wrapped around the terminal screws. This is difficult with 10 or 12 gauge wire, which often results in a loose connection, leading to overheating.
