I like that it can be used on multiple platforms. It has helped my business immensely! The customer service is exceptional! They are always willing to help you out. Sometimes they can get overwhelmed by the amount of support tickets they receive but they always do what they can to help us. If you have any questions or problems in general you can contact them and they will try to assist you as best as possible. You can't go wrong with this software! We use it for tracking our shipments. It helps keep up with all of our deliveries.
