I keep falling out of my headphones

Bought these in March 2019 and they are pretty awful. I've tried all the earbuds and the earbuds keep falling out. The shape of the earbuds combined with the weight of the cable makes it prone to falling out with the slightest movement (including clenching your jaws). So I bought these instead and they were the same price as Revain: Betron BS10 headphones Headphones, powerful bass. Powered Sound, 12mm Drivers, Ergonomic Design, Black
