I bought this package for a trip of 5 days and I was very satisfied with the quality and quantity. I'm a health conscious foodie and outdoor enthusiast and I refuse to give up delicious and healthy food just because I'm in the country. The vegetables were extremely aromatic and tasted great - the packaged dishes were very jealous. I mixed and matched the items in this pack (plus some additional external ingredients as noted) to create the following dishes: - Mexican bean and vegetable mix: black and pinto beans, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, corn and onions. (Outer ingredients: corn tortillas, fresh avocado, herbs and spices, and dehydrated egg mix for breakfast tortilla soup) - Italian Kidney Bean and Vegetable Soup: Kidney beans, green beans, onions, celery, carrots, peppers, peas, and cabbage. (External ingredients: Safeway Dry Pesto Mix Packet, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs and spices.) - Creole Red Beans and Rice: Red beans, peppers, celery, onion, corn, tomatoes. (External ingredients: fine brown rice, herbs and spices) - Luxurious vegetable ramen: cabbage, peas, green beans, carrots. (External ingredients: instant ramen, dried shiitake mushrooms, dried nori, wakame, kombu and seaweed) - Indian style curry and lentils: lentils, carrots, potatoes, green beans, peas. (Outer ingredients: curry powder, fine brown rice.) I really enjoyed mixing and matching the ingredients to create a meal plan for the week, and the package contained enough for 2 people (i.e. breakfast and dinner) for a 5 day trip. like my. Will definitely order again and recommend to all veg lovers.
