I like that we can customize our program so easily! We are able make changes quickly when needed without having someone from MFM come out every time there's an issue - which happens often because they're great at what their doing but sometimes things just don't work right (or as well). Sometimes if something isn’t working correctly in one area then other areas will be affected too since everything runs through them all together; this makes troubleshooting very hard unless its really obvious where/what part needs help first before trying anything else!!
