The best feature of this software is its ability to interact with other Microsoft products (Excel/PowerPoint). It has all essential components needed to be efficient while using it at work or home. Some features could use some improvement but that's nothing new when comparing any similar product out there today. This one definitely will not let you down! I've been able to have my colleagues collaborate more effectively thanks to the built-in sharing capabilities which allows me as well make adjustments easily from wherever i am working remotely. The software is extremely intuitive, very easy to use, has great features. It allows you to easily build your own dashboards using its built-in tools which are quite helpful. Reporting can be done via dashboard or Excel format. There could have been an option of exporting all our data at once to excel sheets instead of doing it manually one by one. We used this tool during sales campaigns where we would send out many emails with attachments that need analyzing.
