Absolutely perfect hitch for towing an all-terrain ATV hunting trailer on my property. I needed a hitch to add to my John Deere LA105 series garden tractor where I could place a 2 inch ball and tow my Polar HD1500 ATV trailer with the hitch. I wanted to be able to use my hunting trailer without having to use my ATV on my grass because despite my best efforts, my ATV is 1000cc and 1000lbs (yes, really) and it's tearing up my grass. This allows me to use my trailer with my garden tractor on my lawn without 1) needing a new trailer or 2) removing the hitch when I want to use it. Also (as others have mentioned) this hitch is very well built. The tractor will fail before the clutch. Buy the one with the support brackets. It is durable and only took 25 minutes to install and drill two holes.
