Pairs easily with my iPhone, the mic works and the sound is decent but not audiophile. I wanted to like them but for the price I can't find anything that would blow my mind. I bought this for my Windows 10 laptop to use with Skype for Business. When paired with my Dell laptop running Windows 10, I get two devices: a Zik headset and Zik headphones. I've selected the headset as the default device and I can't get any sound or microphone. I set the default device to Zik Headphones and have sound but no mic. I've tried almost every configuration option on my laptop but still can't get the microphone to work. They will come back as not worth the hassle. Update: Zik called US support, kind person called and asked what the problem was. I said I want to use them with my laptop and make skype calls with them but I can't get the mic to work. They wrote down all my information and asked if they could arrest me. Sat waiting for a few minutes then came back and said they are not designed to work with laptops only cell phones. The microphone does not work with the laptop. I told them I would return them as that is my main intention. I don't understand why the mic isn't working as the $15 earbuds work fine with my laptop, but Zik 2.0 doesn't allow the mic to work with Windows. I think I'll keep looking for the perfect wireless headset for my laptop and Skype for Business. Pros: Good fit and I have a bigger head. Easy to combine with my iPhone. Noise canceling makes my noisy office a little quieter. that does not work. Skype for Business could not be tested. Update 2/1/2016 I went ahead and saved them. I like wireless and similar headsets like the Plantronics Backbeat Pro and they have the same problem: you need something extra to get the mics working on a PC. I ended up just using the blue mic with this headset. This works for what I need and I'm hoping Zik releases a driver update or a better way when it comes to hooking them up to a PC.
