I read almost all of the Revain reviews on this cage before purchasing. I was a bit wary as it said "usually ships in 1-2 months" and I almost bought another cage with prime shipping that cost twice as much. I'm glad I didn't. I received the cage in about 5 days. The manufacturer should read the reviews here as literally every complaint I have read has been addressed with the product I received. Fixed the list of items I saw; 1. The cage is packed in a double box, and I feel very well packed. The outer packaging had a tear, but none of the parts inside were damaged.2. I actually found the instructions very well done. Maybe they redesigned them because I had no problem building them. Just take a look at the detailed exploded views to make sure you're using the right part. Make sure you choose the correct top and middle part as the middle bottom is designed to hold the ramp.3. The ramps are made of plastic, the middle platforms are also made of plastic. I thought I read the reviews that they used to be wired.4. I didn't realize it came with a tray on the bottom. Very nice.5. I found the overall build quality to be excellent. In fact, when I built it I thought it was almost wrong that I paid so little for it. I don't know how they weld and powder coat all this for the money they sell it for. This is a deal.6. Our chin doesn't seem to be bothered at all by the mid-level wire shelf or the lower-level wire shelf. This keeps the waste in the bottom tray rather than in a cage under your feet. The only problem I see with chain link floors is keeping timothy hay where it can go. I think we need a hay basket.7. I didn't know he came with a hammock! This is shown in the product image but I wasn't expecting it so it was a pleasant surprise! 8. It's a small thing, but I really like the brushed nickel finish on the door hardware.9. The wheels appear to be of good quality. Let's see how they hold up. Overall I am very impressed and glad I saved some money with this cage. I recommend this to anyone who doubts it. It sure is a deal.
