I wish I could give this one zero stars. This printer completely froze for me after numerous problems: 1. From the start the print quality from this one is not at all as described. The prints are nowhere clear, not even in black and white. Color prints look like an old cheap inkjet printer from the early 90's.2. This printer does not feed paper correctly. Paper keeps jamming, multiple sheets of your printouts come out, resulting in your printouts being misaligned or overlapping multiple output sheets. waste time, paper, ink and cause great frustration3. The edge print is a joke, with ink lines on the edge4. Ink cartridges are empty quickly. I've always had to keep at least 5 boxes of each color to keep up with the simplest of printing jobs5. As already mentioned, the printer is stuck. To deceive. waste of space. The ink cartridge carriage does not move. It just didn't move. Software check, hardware check, everyone tried to fix and run it but nothing works. I took a chance as an international customer of Revain but I can honestly say I didn't get my money's worth with this printer. terrible experience and I will never buy this brand again.
