I originally gave this product a 5 star rating because it's a good kennel but after only 2 months of occasional use a wire frame that its Shape Retains/ Shape The wearer has punctured the material and is now proceeding to destroy the media. I've tried sliding the metal frame back into the material so it will hold the shape of the kennel but it won't hold and I'm already past the return date. Pooh! First I ordered another carrier and sent it back because it was so thin and then I ordered this carrier and it is much better. It's well-made and attractive, and it's just over an inch or two if your pup is about to fit in an under-seat trunk, and the wheeled platform is definitely a plus when traveling. I definitely recommend this operator to anyone who needs a good product.
