Difficult to install. for recoil pads

Bought these for new RV tires as the shop that installed the tires didn't have the correct valve stems. There seem to be problems in the supply chain. I think it's a sign of the times. In any case, they were difficult to install through the slots in the wheels. Especially if they are tight enough not to rotate.
