Received installed same day. The instructions say to use a 1/8" bit to drill the pilot holes. Don't use a 1/8" bit. I actually had to use a 5/32" bit and the screws were still too tight. The screws that come with the mirrors suck and break very easily (even with a large pilot hole). So be very careful with your drill bit torque settings and take your time. After removing the first screw I used some better ones I had laying around. This is possibly the best way to avoid disappointment. The mirrors themselves work as they should and help a lot. They vibrate a bit, but that's to be expected and doesn't affect their performance. Overall a good product with crappy hardware.
