All I can say is that I have upgraded my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. Good customer service means exceeding customer expectations. Don't sell broken shit and then return the money. This cannot make up for the time and frustration we experienced purchasing these lights. And if you really want to help your manufacturer solve the problem, why did you refuse to send them back to me? I absolutely hate gossip, and rest assured that your "customer service" ranks little higher than your product. My wife bought one of these for her mail route. After some time, condensation began to form in the dome. Shortly thereafter, the LEDs began to fail. We thought maybe it was because the cable was stuck and pinched in the door. Thinking it was our fault we bought another one. A few weeks later the same problems started. The company has agreed to a replacement. Now it fails. It's on the roof of the car, and since then the cable has been routed so that it doesn't get pinched. This is just a disgusting product.
