Review on Enhanced Visibility and Durability with Xprite Aluminium Intensity Enforcement Windshield by Jake Meyer

Doesn't stick at all (updated)

Change. We were contacted by Jim from Xprite Customer Support. After several emails back and forth they refunded me the money which I never asked for. That was fine, but he asked me to send a picture of the problem, which the photo couldn't adequately capture, so I offered to send him the two faulty lamps for her and her supplier to inspect firsthand could. Well, the conversation ended there, and the next day the return slip appeared. I then received a message asking me to review the product based on the customer service experience. All I can say is that I have upgraded my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. Good customer service means exceeding customer expectations. Don't sell broken shit and then return the money. This cannot make up for the time and frustration we experienced purchasing these lights. And if you really want to help your manufacturer solve the problem, why did you refuse to send them back to me? I absolutely hate gossip, and rest assured that your "customer service" ranks little higher than your product. My wife bought one of these for her mail route. After some time, condensation began to form in the dome. Shortly thereafter, the LEDs began to fail. We thought maybe it was because the cable was stuck and pinched in the door. Thinking it was our fault we bought another one. A few weeks later the same problems started. The company has agreed to a replacement. Now it fails. It's on the roof of the car, and since then the cable has been routed so that it doesn't get pinched. This is just a disgusting product.
