ATTENTION! This product is incredibly difficult to install due to the use of a captive screw head instead of the torx screw used by Jeep. I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was unable to install liftgate pillars due to insufficient room in the bottom groove for a 12mm wrench. You have to use the wrench in both directions to get at least the 16th turn! There are no installation instructions or even labels on the boxes stating which racks are installed where the racks go! It took so long to install a rear door pillar that I decided to remove it and get a refund
