I would give them 5 stars if they kept me for a full year. I'm really impressed that they lasted so long. Please keep in mind that I bought them in May 2018 and have ridden my bike over 20,000 miles since then (as of today 27th February 2019). I wore them through the harsh Texas summers and cold winters. I ride almost every day, rain or shine, averaging 50-90 miles a day. The touchpads failed after about 4 months, but I can still use my iPhone's touchscreen through the skin on my middle finger. They've improved the touchpad since I bought them and I'll check out new ones later. The right glove ripped near the velcro after 6 months and the middle finger of the left glove ripped just last week. I didn't store my bike so can't comment on how they would hold up in a fall (thank goodness). I still think they will hold up well if I fall. I have just ordered a replacement pair (exactly the same gloves / pictured alongside) and am hoping to get another 8-9 months from them. I recommend these for the average weekend rider and they will last a lot longer.
