I really want this product to be to my liking but it doesn't work long term with the HP 5610 as advertised. This cartridge was much more economical than branded cartridges. It worked like a dream for the first 2 or 3 issues. All that comes out is a perfect print, firm where it should be, not wet or smudged, saturated as it should be. After the third print or so my HP5610 refused to use the cartridge and gave error after error even when another cartridge was removed, installed and then reinstalled. I would love to support this business but cannot do so if the product does not work with the machines as advertised. The return window closed just days before I discovered the problem, so now I have one cartridge that has hardly been used and the other is still sealed and unusable.
