Takes forever
The water tank holds just enough water to clean multiple teeth at once. It's easy to increase the pressure when you don't have arthritis. The pressure is not enough to penetrate well between the teeth. Cleans the gum line well. This is a convenient size for travel or for a child to take to school to clean their braces. I wouldn't buy it again but wouldn't go back because the giants love to play with it.
