so perfect for night vision as it's advertised amazingly well but daytime vision isn't that great due to the LCD display so the difference is what you see through optical (single lens) binoculars or see through this device which isn't as crystal clear digitally as it is optical so the zoom isn't as far as I'd like but I'm still impressed with the night vision capability so there will be an end times tool for me instead. and the fact that it can record or take pictures helps a lot.
