Absolutely quiet. It doesn't seem to be moving much air. But it moves it to where it's needed as a replacement for the EVGA GTX 650 SC's stock fan. The fan motor is smaller and the entire heatsink of the graphics card is now effectively cooled (the previously installed fan moved more air, but was noisy, too high, and the motor diameter was too big to cool the center). The plug fits perfectly. Note: This fan is effective for me when installed outdoors. The timing of a closed case WILL affect your results.
