The drill head is fine for my purposes, but the drill rods are very soft metal with very low strength. Carbide breaks very easily and cuts poorly. small legs deform under light loads. I had to make an adapter so I could use smaller shank boring bars with a boring head. After that everything fell into place and I finished the job.
