I have been using this shampoo for a very long time; occasionally, I will switch to others, but I always come back to products made by Matrix. My hair is quite long and bleached, so finding products that are appropriate for me might be difficult. This item is a fantastic match for my needs. It cleans effectively, produces a typical amount of foam, does not overstuff the hair, does not promote dandruff, and does not dry out the scalp. I use a mask or balm for it, either from this series or one of the ones offered by Matrix. It has come to my attention that even with prolonged use, it does not result in addiction. I am really happy with the product, and I would recommend it to others!
