Update: After my review, I received an email from the company to try and resolve any issues I was having. They sent me a new drone with no questions asked. This new drone is great. There are no problems with disconnecting from the remote control. A small drone can fly at a reasonable distance from the operator. Note: Make sure you don't go too far or you'll get cut off and depending on where you're flying it may be lost. I try to keep him with me. It's pretty cool to take off and capture a video from a drone on your phone. It saves all videos and photos right on my phone. I can then watch the video and take a screenshot of the images I want. I can get a decent area survey of my house and yard. The footage is clear and looks good. The drone is very easy to fly but I always make sure I know where the front is pointing to make things easier. It's easy to lose control when you lose sight of the front of the drone. I have no experience with them so I have to fly them. With this drone you can do flip and all that. There is also the option of self-boarding. All in all, this is a great drone. Ideal for experienced operators. I understand that sometimes with the technology we have you can get something that might not be cutting edge but from what I see and have experienced the company is willing to make things right with the customer bring to. If you are looking for a reliable drone at an affordable price, then this is for you. It can meet the needs of almost all operators. I definitely recommend this purchase. This is my first drone and not the first drone from this manufacturer. My other drones are great so there might be an issue with just this one. The aircraft does not remain connected to the remote controller. I can take off but once I start flying it just stops responding to my commands and hovers for a few seconds and then falls. I know the batteries need to be charged and my batteries in the remote control are brand new. I even checked the batteries with a battery tester to make sure they were good. I'm not sure why I'm having this problem. As I said, everything works fine at take-off, but in flight I lose my composure after a few minutes. The camera works and once the app loads, it connects quickly. I just want it to obey my commands.
